Fitness Studios
Continue your fitness journey in our dedicated fitness studio rental space, tailored for karate classes, specialized dryland training for skating groups, or dance sessions.
We offer rental options at our two outdoor camp locations; Camp Chief Hector and Camp Riveredge.
Camp Chief Hector offers an exclusive mountain rustic weekend getaway for special occasions in the outdoors! We have two separate venue locations on site to accommodate a range of 50-350 guests with many options for accommodations.

Camp Riveredge YMCA is an outdoor camp located at Sandy Beach Park along the Elbow River in Calgary's south west. Participants can explore the great outdoors, take part in traditional camp games and keep active with our low ropes, challenge course, bouldering cube and archery range.

- All applications must be submitted via the YMCA Calgary Website’s Rentals Application.
- Arena, Events, Aquatics, Gymnasiums, Art Studios, Multipurpose Rooms, and Fitness Studios are booked between September 2024 – August 2025.
- Theatre is booked for the 2025 calendar year (January 2025 – December 2025)
- Previously allocated times, spaces, and any contractual agreements are not guaranteed for the upcoming season, please ensure an application is submitted within the timeframes listed above.
- Applications submitted outside the scheduled time periods will not be accepted and must be resubmitted when all remaining space becomes available on August 01, 2024
