- Packages are based on the number of participants and are priced in addition to lane fees.
- Facility pricing is based on the Adult Prime Time rate or the Non-Profit rate, whichever is most applicable.
- Timing technicians are no longer provided by YMCA Calgary; events are responsible for arranging their own timing tech.
- Most events include support from a Booking Assistant; additional support can be requested.
- Dedicated Wi-Fi network costs $100/day.
- Pricing is in effect from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
