For all YMCA Calgary customer inquiries, please fill out the following form and a member of our Engagement Center will follow-up with you regarding your inquiry. If you already have an existing account with YMCA Calgary, please provide the email attached to your account.

Note: For help with an existing membership, please include the membership barcode (12 digit code starting with CGY). If you a requesting a membership hold or cancellation, please include the reason for the hold/cancellation.


Once you submit your form, you will receive a verification email with your submission details. A member of our Engagement Centre team will follow-up with you on your inquiry.
